The main priority of “Villa Venus” is the sense of liberty of our guest, far away from the commitments of everyday life, liberating the senses for an engagement with the nature. Each independent monad of our villa, is inspired by the calmness that the Aegean sea breathes out.
With respect to the tradition of the island, we have created four autonomous villas of respective weight. Villa 1 comprised of three independent suites. The third floor suite, Superior Sea View Double with total surface of 30 m2 is ideal for 2 persons. The second floor apartment, Sea View Apartment, 80 m2 is ideal for 2 couples or 4 persons and comprised of 2 en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor studio , Standard Double Studio ( 25m2) can accommodate 2 persons. Finally in ground floor we have a lovely apartment , Apartment With Sea View ( 35m2), that accomodates 4 persons and has two main areas , bedroom and living room area.
The 2nd building has a lovely indepedent house , Traditional Sea House, can accomodate 3 persons and consists of one main area. The total surface of the the house is 30m2. It has an amazing veranda that overlooks Paleopoli bay and is ideal for relaxing holidays.
The third building has a studio of 20 m2 and accomodates two persons. It has also a lovely veranda with sea view.
Finally the final building and the most recent addition, The Coop, is an indepedent house with two main areas, bedroom and living room area and its total surface is 45m2. The spacious veranda overlooks Paleopoli Bay and the Sea.
Every suite has its own unique view, towards the characteristic bay of Paleopoli.

In the picturesque bay of Avlemonas we have two newly constructed houses. Our sea houses are in close distance to the bay of Avlemonas, only 20 meters, and from our spacious verandas you will have amazing sea view. Both houses consist of 3 master bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. They are well equipped and apart from a/c they are ideal for winter vacations as they are both equipped with fireplace and heater. Each apartment can accommodate 6 persons. Δεν υπάρχει χρέωση για ακύρωση 30 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης
Για ακύρωση 30 ημέρες και έπειτα πριν την ημερομηνία της άφιξης , θα υπάρχει χρέωση 30% του συνολικού ποσού.
Για ακύρωση 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 50% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση μη εμφανίσεως χρέωση του 100% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση πρόωρης αναχώρησης σε σχέση με την προγραμματισμένη διαμονή θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 50% της υπολειπόμενης περιόδου

Για ακύρωση 60 ημέρες και έπειτα πριν την ημερομηνία της άφιξης , θα υπάρχει χρέωση 50% του συνολικού ποσού.
Για ακύρωση 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 75% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση μη εμφανίσεως χρέωση του 100% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση πρόωρης αναχώρησης σε σχέση με την προγραμματισμένη διαμονή θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 50% της υπολειπόμενης περιόδου
