Situated in the charming traditional Greek village of Kattavia in South Rhodes, Villa Meitani is the perfect family holiday home for those wishing to experience a more authentic Greek holiday experience, without compromising on comfort or convenience. Upon entering the Villa, you are met with a spacious and airy open plan lounge and dining area with a cosy fireplace and comfortable furniture. Beyond the lounge is a large and well-equipped kitchen which also has a dining area along with another comfortable sofa, making it a really sociable space. A double bedroom is also situated on the ground floor of the Villa along with a separate bathroom.
The first floor consists of two generously sized twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and access to an upper balcony. There is a small upper terrace with table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffer, and a larger terrace with sun-loungers and small table and chairs.
The outside space on the ground floor consists of a generous semi shaded courtyard with family dining area and stone BBQ. The courtyard is private and secure, making it perfect for families with younger children.
The generous size of each room, property layout and facilities that Villa Meitani has to offer make it a perfect family holiday rental. The South of Rhodes is well known for its natural beauty and maintains a traditionally authentic Greek lifestyle. The wind and kite surfers paradise of Prassonissi is a 15 minute drive from the Village of Kattavia.
