Villa Felicity features two (2) master bedrooms one on the ground floor with a king-size bed and one on the upper floor with a queen-size bed, whereas the other two (2) bedrooms are on the ground floor and are equipped with a trundle-type twin bed each. It also features 4 bathrooms, two of them with bathtubs and two with shower.
In the outdoors, there is a uniquely designed private swimming pool (measuring 12.25m *3m on one side & 6.90m on the other side), a jacuzzi spa unit for up to 6 persons, a built-in seating function next to the pool as well as a BBQ set, a furnished outdoor dining/sitting area, private covered parking for 2 cars and surrounding the property well-kept garden areas.
