Panoramic views of the landscapes around, a variety of recreation areas in the garden of the villa, private pool - all this will make your stay comfortable and unforgettable.
Rooms description:Villa consists of three floors, can accommodate up to 8 people on the beds in the bedrooms, plus 2 people, on extra beds.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining area.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and one bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a balcony.
The lower floor of the villa can be reached by stairs from the first floor or from the street, where there is a separate entrance, so this level can be used in isolation. The lounge has a seating area with a sofa and a small kitchenette with a fridge and a small oven. There are also 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
The exterior of the villa is one of its main attractions. Covers an area of 4500 sq.m. with many places for recreation, unique beautiful aromatic herbs, gardens, flower beds and trees!
More specifically in the outer area at your service the following:
- 40 sq.m. pool with sun beds, umbrellas and tables for the pool
- Fully equipped barbecue area plus a wooden stove, sink and fridge near the gazebo
- A large outdoor dining table next to a barbecue overlooking the pool and the surrounding landscape
- Many organized furnishings (lounge chairs, outdoor sofas and chairs) for relaxing
- Fenced car parking
Villa is completely closed and fenced, which ensures 100% privacy of guests!
