This property is located on Mount Holomontas in Halkidiki, at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. It is set in 7,000 m² of grounds, complete with forest and views over the Aegean Sea. Psakoudia Beach is about 2.5 km away and it is some 5 km to the centre of Polygyros. Thessaloniki and its airport are around 65 km away.
This 180 m² building was constructed in a medieval style, using natural materials such as wood and stone. This enchanting home is designed for privacy with a central living and dining area and bedrooms set off to either side. The central living and dining areas have double French doors opening to the terrace and pool. As beautiful as this house is inside, guests will be drawn to the large curtained terrace outside, designed for outdoor living. Both the living and dining areas overlook the inviting hot tub which brings guests closer to the feeling of the sea. The property offers 3 bedrooms as well as a 24-hour check-out service, a games room, a TV lounge, a children's playground, Internet access, a car park and a garage.
The villa is luxuriously decorated, at the same time keeping with traditional aesthetics. The villa offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the top, together with one loft. Each floor has 1 bathroom and shower. All rooms feature a hairdryer and a bath.
The charming property offers a sitting area by the outdoor hot tub with sun loungers and parasols, a BBQ area, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a tennis court, pool/snooker and table tennis.
From Thessaloniki Airport, guests should follow the signs to Polygyros. Enter Polygyros from the ring road and turn left just after the hospital. Drive for 3.9 km, past the church on the left-hand side. Turn right, follow the road down and after 5 minutes of driving guests will find the villa.
