The Echo of the Sea Beachfront Luxury Villa is located directly above the sea in the heart of southern Chania, Crete, offering a stunning view of the vast blue Libyan Sea. Built with respect for the natural environment, the villa combines traditional Cretan architecture with modern amenities and technology, providing an authentic hospitality experience. Its name is inspired by the sound of the sea, which can be heard from every corner, connecting guests with nature and the essence of the area.

The villa’s architecture blends modern lines with traditional elements, featuring natural materials like stone, marble, and wood. Earthy tones and textures create an inviting atmosphere in harmony with the surroundings. The use of Claustra Brick screens and "kourasani" plaster creates unique patterns of light and shadow, enhancing the warmth of the space. Arches connect indoor and outdoor areas, providing uninterrupted views of the sea and nature.

Spanning 140 sq. meters, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, one of the main rooms includes two bunk beds, separated by the wardrobe, allowing for an extra 2 guests (children or adults).

The 1,800 sq. meter outdoor area includes a heated (for extra charge) infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a beautiful garden with local plants and aromatic herbs that enhance the natural ambiance. The region offers unique exploration opportunities, such as the E4 trail, canyon tours, and visits to nearby villages with authentic taverns and cafes, as well as cultural experiences at archaeological sites.

The villa offers amenities to meet every need. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for comfortable cooking experiences, and the outdoor space includes a gas barbecue and pizza oven for culinary delights. Whether arriving at Heraklion or Chania Airport, expect a drive of approximately 2.5 hours to reach our villa. The journey concludes with a scenic, winding drive through the mountains, leading you to Lakki Beach. Situated 81 km southeast of Chania and 48 km southwest of Rethymno, near Frangokastello and the village of Skaloti, Lakki Beach offers a unique and serene destination.

NOTE: our suggestion is not to follow the route via Kallikratis Passage:

If you're using a GPS or Google Maps, do not follow the route turning from Episkopi towards Argyroupoli and Kalikrati. The twisting turning road through the Kalikratis passage is considered a driving challenge and apart from the magical beauty of the scenery, with stunning views on the southern Cretan / Libyan Sea, is not recommended.

Directions from Heraklion:

Enter Koxare village as a stop on your GPS or Google Maps.

After reaching Koxare, continue to our villa following the map’s directions.

Directions from Chania:

Set your route to pass via Vrysses village.

From Vrysses, continue to our villa as indicated by your navigation system.
