A security deposit of 1.000 € will be requested upon booking confirmation (via bank transfer), to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

Alternatively, the security deposit can be given in cash to the villa manager at the check-in time, and will be returned to the guests at the check-out, if no damages have occurred at the property.

(Examples of typical security deposit charges: repair and/or replacement of broken or damaged window blinds and/or curtains, repair and/or replacement of damaged furnishings, cleaning services for stains and spills at the sofas, built-in sofa pillows, loss of keys, broken glasses, etc.)
