General terms:Above rates are valid per night and for up to 2 guests per villa. Every extra guest (adult) is charged with a €30 fee subject on each villa capacity.
Every reservation includes a la carte breakfast which is served in our all day bar beside the pool area, every morning from 8.30 am to 11 am. You can also enjoy it at our own private terrace upon request without any extra fee.
We offer free transfer service for your arrival and departure at the port of Folegandros.
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
To make a reservation it is necessary to pay in advance a 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
All children must be attended by an adult at all times during their stay in the hotel premises.
