The resort is located in Kalivia Filakti on a tree-filled hillside in the Agrafa Mountains with an unhindered panoramic view of Plastira Lake, which is just a few hundred metres away, and of its beaches. There are restaurants just 200 metres from the hotel. Karditsa is approximately 28 km from the hotel, Trikala is around 44 km away and Meteora is roughly 60 km away.
The family-friendly club resort was built using stone and wood while keeping in mind absolute respect for the surrounding area and providing an unforgettable experience as far as guests' stays are concerned. The country house was built and renovated in 2010 and it offers 50 comfortable luxurious rooms and spacious suites which have excellent furniture and decoration, creating a particularly hospitable atmosphere. The interior and exterior areas combine luxury with traditional architecture. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned conference hotel in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, newspaper stand and lift access to the upper floors, while further facilities include a hairdressing salon, TV lounge, children's playground, kids' club, cafe, bar and restaurant. Business guests will appreciate the modern, fully equipped conference room for business events, with Internet access, room and laundry service and a bicycle hire service also offered. Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park or garage.
The spacious rooms combine comfortable interiors and fine furniture. All rooms have a hot tub, fireplace, safe, wireless Internet access, a minibar, coffee corner, 32-inch flat-screen TV and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The en suite bathroom features a bathtub and hairdryer, and the private balcony offers a clear view of the lake and the mountain peaks of the Agrafa Mountains. A double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, radio and tea and coffee making facilities also feature in all rooms as standard.
