Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες

Στόχος μας είναι να κάνουμε τη διαμονή σας όσο γίνεται πιο άνετη. Η αποστολή μας είναι να σας βοηθήσουμε να δημιουργήσετε όμορφες, ευχάριστες, χαλαρές στιγμές με φίλους, συνεργάτες, και, γενικά, θα λέγαμε να νιώσετε «σαν στο σπίτι σας».

Για να υλοποιήσουμε την παραπάνω υπόσχεση, θα εκτιμούσαμε εάν είχαμε την αμέριστη συμπαράσταση σας σε κάποιους κανόνες εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του σπιτιού.

1. Αρχικά, για να διασφαλίσουμε τον σωστό αερισμό του χώρου, απαγορεύεται το κάπνισμα. Μην ξεχνάτε ότι φιλοξενούμε και παιδιά, ανθρώπους κάθε ηλικίας. Σε περίπτωση μη τήρησης του παραπάνω ενδέχεται να εφαρμοστούν επιπλέον τέλη καθαρισμού για την απομάκρυνση της οσμής και των λεκέδων. Εάν αισθάνεστε την ανάγκη να καπνίσετε, μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε με σύνεση τους υπαίθριους χώρους.

2. Οι ώρες κοινής ησυχίας (23: 00-07: 00, 15: 00-17: 00) πρέπει να τηρούνται, καθώς υπάρχουν γείτονες και δεν θα θέλαμε να τους ενοχλήσουμε.

3. Σας υπενθυμίζουμε ότι δεν επιτρέπεται η μετακίνηση των επίπλων εσωτερικού χώρου στον εξωτερικό - όχι μόνο λόγω των πιθανών προβλημάτων από τις καιρικές συνθήκες αλλά και γιατί με την μετακίνηση μπορεί να προκληθούν διάφορες ζημιές.

4. Σε περίπτωση που αντιληφθούμε παράνομη δραστηριότητα ή ανάρμοστη αντικοινωνική συμπεριφορά θα απαιτήσουμε να αποχωρίσετε από το κατάλυμα.

5. Παρακαλούμε να μας ενημερώστε άμεσα εάν κάτι δεν λειτουργεί σωστά, ώστε να διορθωθεί έγκαιρα.

6. Σε περίπτωση οποιασδήποτε ζημιάς με υπαιτιότητα σας θα πρέπει να αναλάβετε και τo κόστος αποκατάστασης της.

7. Για την πρόληψη της πυρκαγιάς και για την ασφάλεια όλων των παρευρισκόμενων στο χώρο - παρακαλούμε πολύ να μην αφήνετε τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές ενεργοποιημένες - όταν αυτές δεν είναι σε χρήση ή όταν απομακρύνεστε από το κατάλυμα. Ελέγχετε ότι όλα είναι σβηστά. (Ηλεκτρικές συσκευές / Θερμοσίφωνο / Τζάκι ).

8. Περίοδος λειτουργίας του τζακιού είναι από τις 20 Οκτωβρίου μέχρι και τις 31 Μάρτιου. Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε να χρησιμοποιείστε το τζάκι, σας παρέχουμε δωρεάν το πρώτο καλάθι με ξύλα. Εάν χρειαστείτε παραπάνω ξύλα, υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση στα 10€/καλάθι. Παρακαλούμε σε περίπτωση που θελήσετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το τζάκι, να ενημερώσετε τον υπεύθυνο του καταλύματος πριν την άφιξή σας, διαφορετικά το αργότερο μέχρι την πρώτη ημέρα της άφιξής σας έτσι ώστε ο υπεύθυνος του καταλύματος να φροντίσει έγκαιρα για την συγκέντρωση των ξύλων. Όταν χρησιμοποιείτε βεβαιωθείτε πως έχει σβήσει τελείως πριν πάτε για ύπνο ή τη στιγμή της αναχώρησης σας.

9. Απαγορεύεται το ψήσιμο στο τζάκι.

10. Η ιδιοκτησία - όπως γνωρίζετε - είναι φιλική προς τα παιδιά. Είναι όμως ευθύνη του κηδεμόνα / γονέα να παρακολουθεί τις ενέργειες των παιδιών του ανά πάσα στιγμή. Ο ιδιοκτήτης σπιτιού δεν είναι υπεύθυνος για τυχόν ατυχήματα, τραυματισμούς ή ασθένειες που συμβαίνουν στο χώρο ή στις εγκαταστάσεις του.

11. Κρατήστε το κατάλυμα ασφαλές, κλειδώσετε τις πόρτες και τα παράθυρα όταν βγαίνετε από το σπίτι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν είναι υπεύθυνος για την απώλεια προσωπικών αντικειμένων ή τιμαλφών του επισκέπτη. Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι υπάρχουν χρηματοκιβώτια προς φύλαξη πολύτιμων προσωπικών αντικειμένων.

12. Επιπλέον άτομα - εκτός από αυτά που έχουν νοικιάσει την ιδιοκτησία - δεν επιτρέπεται να εισέλθουν στο χώρο χωρίς προηγούμενη έγγραφη ενημέρωση και έγκριση από την ιδιοκτήτρια εταιρία. Οι επισκέπτες δεν επιτρέπεται να υπερβούν τη δηλωθείσα πληρότητα που αρχικώς υπέδειξαν κατά την ώρα της κράτησης.

13. Παρακαλούνται όσοι χρησιμοποιούν καλλυντικά, προϊόντα μακιγιάζ, υδατικές κρέμες ή αντηλιακά να κάνουν σχολαστικό καθαρισμό πριν την άμεση επαφή με τα σεντόνια, τα μαξιλάρια, τις πετσέτες του καταλύματος.

14. Στο κατάλυμα υπάρχουν πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια κλπ. τα οποία δεν επιτρέπεται να βγουν εκτός σπιτιού. Η ημερήσια υπηρεσία καθαριότητας δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στην τιμή ενοικίασης - εκτός κι εάν αναφέρεται στην περιγραφή.

15. Θα σας παρακαλούσαμε να μην πετάτε χαρτιά υγείας στην τουαλέτα / είτε άλλα γυναικολογικά ή βρεφικά προϊόντα. Σε περίπτωση που βεβαιωθεί ότι δεν έγινε σωστή χρήση της αποχέτευσης θα πρέπει να αποκαταστήσετε την όποια ζημιά.

16. Έκτακτες καιρικές συνθήκες: Δεν θα υπάρξει επιστροφή χρημάτων για τις έκτακτες καιρικές συνθήκες.

17. Επιτρέπονται τα κατοικίδια σε συγκεκριμένα καταλύματα μόνο κατόπιν συνεννόησης με επιπλέον χρέωση /εγγύηση. Εάν δεν μας ενημερώσετε για την παρουσία κατοικίδιου είτε θα ακυρώσουμε την κράτηση, είτε θα σας χρεώσουμε το αντίστοιχο ποσό ανά ημέρα όπως ορίζουμε για την παραμονή των κατοικίδιων - ανάλογα με τις ημέρες διαμονής τους. Υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση 30€ +ΦΠΑ ανά κατοικίδιο για την καθαριότητα του καταλύματος.

18. Κατόπιν αιτήματος του επισκέπτη υπάρχει δυνατότητα επιπλέον καθαρισμού του δωματίου. Το κόστος για επιπλέον καθαρισμό είναι 10€/ώρα και συμπεριλαμβάνει στρώσιμο κρεβατιών, σκούπισμα και σφουγγάρισμα όλου του καταλύματος.

19. Στο χώρο του καταλύματος απαγορεύεται το τάισμα των ζωών και την παραμονή τους στους χώρους του καταλύματος. (γάτες, σκυλιά, πουλιά κτλ.).

20. O ξενοδόχος μπορεί να αρνηθεί την ενοικίαση σε έναν επισκέπτη ο οποίος κατά τη διάρκεια μιας προηγούμενης διαμονής παραβίασε τους κανονισμούς του καταλύματος.

Κατά την άφιξη σας παρακαλούμε, να διαθέτετε ταυτότητα/ διαβατήριο που θα χρειαστεί να δείξετε στον υπεύθυνο του καταλύματος που θα χρειαστεί να βγάλει φωτοαντίγραφο για την ολοκλήρωση του check in.

Ώρες Άφιξης: 16:00-21:00

Ώρες Αναχώρησης: 11:00

Υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση check- in 20€ για άφιξη από τις 21:00 - 00:00 και χρέωση 50€ για άφιξη από τις 00:00 – 06:00 κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Γνωρίζουμε ότι θα σεβαστείτε το χώρο μας όπως το δικό σας κι γι αυτό σας ευχαριστούμε     προκαταβολικά.

Το κατάλυμα πρέπει να είναι λειτουργικό και για τους επόμενους επισκέπτες κι αυτός είναι ο λόγος που σας ζητάμε τα περισσότερα από τα παραπάνω.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help you create beautiful, pleasant, relaxing moments with friends, co-workers, and, in general, we would say to feel "at home".

In order to fulfill the above promise, we would appreciate if we had your full support in some rules of proper operation of the house.

1. First of all, to ensure proper ventilation of the space, smoking is prohibited. Do not forget that we also host children, people of all ages. In case of non-compliance of the above, additional cleaning fees may be applied to remove the odor and stains. If you feel the need to smoke, you can use the outdoor areas wisely.

2. Common quiet hours (23: 00-07: 00, 15: 00-17: 00) must be followed, as there are neighbors and we would not want to disturb them.

3. We remind you that it is not allowed to move indoor furniture outside - not only because of possible damages from the weather conditions but also because moving can cause various damages by itself.

4. In case we notice illegal activity or inappropriate antisocial behavior we will demand that you leave the accommodation.

5. Please let us know immediately if something does not work properly so that it can be fixed in a timely manner.

6. In case of any damage through your own fault you are responsible for the costs induced.

7. For the prevention of fire and for the safety of all those present in the area - please do not leave the electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use or when you leave the accommodation. Check that everything is turned off. (Electrical appliances / Water heater / Fireplace).

8. Fireplace Operation Period 20th October until 31st March. In case you wish to use the fireplace, we provide you the first basket of wood free of charge. If you need more wood, there is an additional charge of 10€/basket. Please in case you want to use the fireplace, inform the manager of the accommodation before your arrival, otherwise and no later than the first day of your arrival so that the manager of the accommodation can take care of gathering the wood in time. When using make sure the fire is completely out before you go to bed or at the time of your departure.

9. Cooking in the fireplace is prohibited.

10. The property - as you know - is child friendly. However, it is the responsibility of the guardian / parent to monitor the actions of his children at all times. The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the site or on the premises.

11. Keep the accommodation safe, lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. The owner is not responsible for the loss of the visitor's personal belongings or valuables. We inform you that there are safes for storing valuable personal items.

12. Additional persons - other than those who have rented the property - are not allowed to enter the premises without prior written notice and approval from the owner company. Visitors are not allowed to exceed the declared capacity originally indicated at the time of booking.

13. Those who use cosmetics, make-up products, moisturizing creams or sunscreens are kindly requested to do a thorough cleaning before direct contact with the sheets, pillows or towels of the accommodation.

14. In the accommodation there are towels, bathrobes etc. which you are not allowed to take out of the house. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate - unless stated in the description.

15. Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet / or other gynecological or baby products. If it is confirmed that the drain has not been used properly, you are responsible for the costs induced.

16. Emergency Weather: There will be no refunds in regard to emergency weather conditions.

17. Pets are allowed in specific accommodations only upon request with extra charge / guarantee. If you do not inform us of the presence of a pet we will either cancel the reservation or charge you the corresponding amount per day - as we’ve set for the stay of the pets - depending on their days of stay. There is an extra charge of €30+VAT per pet for cleaning the accommodation.

18. At the request of the guest there is the possibility of additional cleaning of the accommodation. The cost for additional cleaning is 10€/ hour and includes making beds, sweeping and mopping the entire accommodation.

19. It is forbidden to feed any animals and their stay in the premises of the accommodation. (cats, dogs, birds, etc.).

20. The hotelier may refuse to rent to a guest who during the previous stay violated the rules of the accommodation.
