The luxurious Villa Cape Ftelia, is located in the area of Ftelia, about 15 minutes, by car from the town of Mykonos and 15 minutes’ drive from the airport of the island.
It is built amphitheatrically overlooking the sea and specifically on the north beach, in the bay of Panormos, with the amazingly crystal waters and long sandy beach. Due to the size of the beach and its boho hype, one has the unique advantage, to be isolated, if desired, which is almost impossible on other beaches of the island.
Ftelia, is the most ideal beach for windsurfing, kitesurfing and swimming, but also an excellent spot for quality food, drink and concept beach activities at the beach bar Alemagou. The kitchen area, is placed in the heart of the residence, so that it can refer to both the south and north sides of the courtyard and the pool area. This everyday space with airy openings, is a “window” to the sea view and the outdoor area.
The garage connects with the main house with an internal staircase, while on the lower level, the laundryroom is located and soon the gym.
Also available, is a 40 sq.m guest room, which can accommodate 2+1 people. It has one double - bedroom, one bathroom, fitted wardrobes and kitchen - bar.
The guest room offers privacy and the possibility of autonomy from the rest of the group of 6 people who will be hosted in the main residence, while, at the same time provides all the premium facillities.
