For those valuing Health above all, please note that our setting in Kato Pedina village in Zagori is one of those places in our country with the lowest density of inhabitants per square meter. It also happens to be a 15-minute drive from the nearest Health and Patient Ambulance Service Centre in the area, the Doliana Epirus. Finally, the well-acclaimed university hospital of Ioannina is reachable within a 45-minute drive, with privileges that, if anything, ensure the title of a well-prepared holiday location if any medical need arises.

The Mansion “Apeiros Chora” is situated in Kato Pedina one of the most traditional settlements among the Zagori villages. Perched at an altitude of 950m, it is within a 35-minute drive from the capital of Epirus, Ioannina. The village overlooks it's NATURA2000 protected valley of 4,000 acres, which is a serene feature for the area. The awe-inspiring view calms the soul and the spirit of any visitor. Our heritage hotel is placed right across village's main square, a mere 100 meters away, from the village’s traditional tavern-cafe named Mesochori.

If you traveling along “EGNATIA” motorway, we advise you to ignore your GPS / map instructions all along to the road’s exit sign #06, interchange ARACHTHOS-ZAGORI (Zagorochoria). For your convenience, we suggest following the “Egnatia” motorway exit # 05 interchange to IOANNINA and junction with IONIA motorway. Then follow the signs towards IOANNINA - IOANNINA RING ROAD (PERIFEREIAKOS) -ZAGOROGHORIA - CENTRAL ZAGORI EXIT - KATO PEDINA VILLAGE- KATO PEDINA SQUARE.
