Ca impresie pozitiva am apreciat aproprierea de plaja agia Paraskievi i taverna Kokhili.

Nu am apreciat in mod pozitiv cazarea sau facilitaile de cazare pt ca la greci trei stele reprezinta cam doua dupa standardele romanesti iar proprietarul deine i un bar public in curtea vilei. Comportamentul gazdei a fost nepoliticos i oarecum fai impotriva clienilor romani ceea ce e nepermis avand in vedere domeniu sau de activitate. ar trebui sa fie vizibil pe site faptul ca nu te poi relaxa la terasa barului din curtea pensiunii decat daca faci consumaie de la bar. Preturile serviciilor actualizate pot fi justificate dar ar fi bine sa fie luate in considerare inainte de a cumpara pachetul de cazare plus transport.

amplasarea faa de plaja agia Paraskevi i plaja in sine, cu nisip fin, apa limpede i bine organizata. Poziionarea camerei i terasa cu dimensiuni generoase i vedere spre curtea interioara, linitita i umbrita de pruni i rodii, pe care am avut norocul sa-mi fie repartizata. Chicineta dotata cu tot ce este necesar, frigider incapator, paturi confortabile i curaenie asigurata zilnic de o doamna contiincioasa i amabila.

Mici neajunsuri datorate lipsei plaselor de anari sau consumabilelor de baie ( fara foen i cu doar doua sapunele i un singur sul de hartie pentru tot sejurul) au fost uor depaite prin cele doua minimarketuri din apropiere. am evitat sa solicit sau sa sesizez ceva,fiind avizat de multe recenzii de pe alte situri despre atitudinea patronului acestei locaii, dl Panos. Din pacate insa acestea s-au confirmat inca din prima clipa cand toi cei sosii de la aeroport nu am fost invrednicii nici macar cu raspuns la salutul nostru, iar pe parcursul sejurului am asistat la numeroase momente in care turiti romani au fost jignii gratuit prin vorbe i gesturi agresive. am asistat cand turiti romani au vrut sa cumpere apa minerala aflata la vanzare, expusa i cu pre la bax, au fost trimii cu ton ridicat la supermarket sa-i cumpere, dupa care s-a intors catre un grup de englezi cu care discuta, cu remarca "turiti romani". i mult mai multe paanii povestite de cei cu care am fost colegi de serie, la care insa nu am fost de faa, dar le dau crezare. Repet, personal am scapat doar pentru ca l-am ocolit de cate ori l-am vazut, dar cred ca operatorii i ageniile partenere ar trebui sa se sesizeze i sa ia masurile necesare. Chiar daca locaia dispune de un potenial deosebit i am avut ansa sa beneficiez de tot ce a putut mai bun sa-mi ofere, eu personal nu a risca sa o recomand fara aceste atenionari.

Location: The studios are just 2 minutes from the sandy beach of Agia Paraskevi, 6 km from the town of Skiathos, right on the main road Skiathos Koukounaries, with easy access to the southern beaches. In the area there are a multitude of supermarkets, restaurants and rental agencies. The bus station is 30 m away and they run in season at an interval of 15 minutes.
