In ciuda comentariilor negative am riscat si am rezervat un sejur la aceasta vila: 4-11 august 2018..pot sa spun ca am ramas placut surprinsa..am ajuns dimineata la 10, camerele erau deja pregatite, ne-am si cazat..camerele sunt destul de micute dar foarte curate, baile sunt micute, dar sunt ok,terasa este spatioasa si este comuna la 2 camere, este foarte aproape de plaja si de centru, se afla intr-o locatie linistita, in imediata apropiere existand 2 brutarii( care pentru noi au fost foarte utile dimineata)..bucataria nu am folosit-o, dar din ce am vazut este destul de bine dotata..avand in vedere raportul calitate - pret, recomand cu incredere aceasta vila

Doresc sa ma refer la dl Ionut (grup de prieteni). Dl Ionut a rezervat aceasta vila prin intermediul agentiei MtS (nu prin Direct Booking) unde completeaza acum . Sejurul achizitionat pentru vila Kaliviotis perioada 02/06 - 09/06 a costat 49 euro/ persoana/ 1 SaPtaMaNa, adica 7 euro (cca 32 LEI/ persoana zi in camera de 2 persoane cu tOatE FaCILItatILE PRIVatE (baie proprie, tV plasma functionabil IN tOatE CaMERELE, aeR CONDItIONat FUNCtIONaBIL, WIFI GRatUIt, lenjerie, prosoape, hartie igienica). Vila se afla in centrul istoric al capitalei Limenas iar camerele au fost renovate in 2016! In timpul sejurului exista asistenta turistica locala care ia legatura cu turistii pentru orice problema. Partenerul nostru local a vizitat la solicitarea noastra, prompt in acea saptamana de 3-4 ori turistii (pe cei care NU aU StIUt sa utilizeze facilitatile mai sus mentionate sau sa-i contacteze imediat ce au neclaritati) . Vila KaLIVIOtIS ofera foarte servicii bune si reprezinta OFERta CU CEL MaI PRIEtENOS (MIC) taRIF. In oferta agentiei exista multe alte oferte pentru unitati de cazare in tHaSSOS pe care le putem recomanda pe viitor Dl Ionut, cu mai multe facilitati si bineinteles la taRIFE CORESPUNZatOaRE.

Vila are tot ce trebuie + un balcon mare pentru relaxare si o bucatarie in care puteti gati. Este liniste, nu este pozitionata la strada, are o mica gradina in fata. In plus, faceti doar 10 minute pana la plaja. Nu este lux, dar sunt conditii pentru un concediu reusit :).

Location: Limenas (Thassos town), the center of the town center, just 3-5 minutes walk from all the attractions: sandy beach, landscaped pedestrian center with shops, taverns and cafes, port, archaeological zone (Museum Argeologie and the antique Theatre, etc.), bus station with links to all other resorts.

Villa KALIVIOTIS 5 ROOMS waiting rooms newly renovated in winter 2016-2017, spacious, located on the 1st floor of the building.

All rooms have en-suite bathroom with shower, new modern furniture, LCD TV, refrigerator, WI-FI, air conditioning (free of charge), furnished balcony with table, chairs and parasol.

Maxine double rooms have capacity for 2 adults + 1 child from 0 to 6.99 years (free, no bed) TRIPLE rooms have capacity for up to 3 adults (3rd bed is couch) villa facilities: spacious kitchen, located etajul1, fully equipped kitchen (stove, sink, dishes and pans, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, balcony) beautiful garden area barbecue (barbeque) decorated with table and chairs; They can be used without restrictions by clients villa, Self-catering system (to ensure order and cleanliness after using those areas).
