The villa is located in the Koukounaries area, in an oasis of peace and greenery, 300 m from the beach of the same name and 12 km from Skiathos town.
Koukounaries Beach is the most famous beach on the island and has umbrellas and sunbeds (for a fee), water sports and a marina where you can rent pleasure boats. The bus station is just 100 meters away.
 
Hotel features:
The Alexis complex consists of two buildings set in a private garden full of oranges and flowers. The first building has 7 studios on the ground floor and the first floor, and on the second floor there is a two bedroom apartment (for 2 or 4 people). The second building has a two bedroom apartment. The third building has 2 studios.
The pool of the Alexis complex is 100 meters away and has a jacuzzi, bar, sunbeds and free umbrellas.
