Tot 6 km aveti de parcurs si pana la celebra plaja Koukounaries, ambele pucte de interes fiind usor accesibile cu autobuzul ce opreste in statia aflata la doar 250 m distanta de vila.. Transferul de la aeroportul Alexandros Papadiamantis, catre vila Alexia dureaza aproximativ 20 minute. Pentru ca autocarul de transfer nu poate sa ajunga pana la vila, turistii sunt lasati la soseaua principala de unde mai au de parcurs pe jos 250 de metri, iar bagajele sunt aduse separat direct la vila.

Villa Alexia - Kolios - Skiathos Island

Alexia Villa is completely renovated and is the optimal choice as a value for money for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a lovely natural setting.

Location: Alexia villa is completely renovated and is located in a quiet area of ​​Kolios, about 500 m from the beach with the same name and 6 km from the town of Skiathos.

You also have 6 km to go to the famous Koukounaries beach, both pits of interest being easily accessible by bus that stops at the station just 250 m away from the villa.

The transfer from Alexandros Papadiamantis airport to Alexia villa takes about 20 minutes.

Because the transfer bus cannot reach the villa, tourists are left on the main road from where they have 250 meters on foot, d luggage is brought directly to the villa.

Villa facilities: In Kolios, just minutes from Alexia villa, you will find several taverns and shops, the nearest being Manos upermarket located just 30 meters away.

Kolios beach is fine sand and has umbrellas and logos (for a fee).

You can spend a romantic evening at the Infinity Blue restaurant, 200 meters from the villa, from where you can admire the panorama of Kolios Bay.

The day you could try one of the many water sports available on Kolios beach.

Near the villa (about 20 meters: Veronika Apartments) tourists can benefit from access to the pool and the pool bar where they can relax and sunbathe.

Tourists staying at the villa, can rest in the beautiful garden of the villa arranged with benches, multicolored pillows and where children can play in the small space dedicated to them.

Cleaning is done 3 times a week, towels and linen are changed 2 times.

Room facilities: The villa has 7 rooms (of which 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms; 3 rooms with 2 beds, and 2 rooms with 2 beds plus an extra bed) and all are comfortable, furnished in a practical and pleasant way.

Each room has air conditioning on site payment (approx.6 euros / day / room), separate beds, WiFi, LED TV, coffee machine, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and terrace overlooking the garden.
