The hotel is positioned in the Koukounaries , very close to the beach with the same name. Due to its architecture in the form of an amphitheater , the hotel offers views of Lake Koukounaries and nearby pine forest .

Koukounaries famous beach is 350 meters , Agia Eleni beach famous for the most beautiful sunset of the island is 400 meters , Banana beach recommended for fun , music and dance is 10 minutes away , the beach can be accessed Ambelakia 15 minutes and Mandraki beach can be reached by car or by a pine forest in about 20 minutes.

Facilities: This family hotel offers 36 spacious rooms , a nice bar area , a TV lounge and a restaurant. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned beach hotel in a lobby with a safe, cloakroom and lift. Internet access ( for an additional fee ) and a car park are also provided.

There is a lovely outdoor pool and a poolside snack bar where guests can enjoy refreshing cold drinks and snacks throughout the day . Deck chairs and umbrellas on the terrace and on the sandy beach.
