PLUSURI: amplasarea pe malul marii (plaja si apa excelente - comparabile cu cele de la Golden Beach), serviciile (curatenia si mancarea) de nota 10, piscina mare, curata si cu apa incalzita, locuri de parcare la discretie.

MINUSURI: tot ce tine de infrastructura hotelului nu a mai suferit vreo investitie / modernizare de cel putin 10 ani - 1.in camera, mobilier vechi, dulapuri fara rafturi, frigider si aparat de aer conditionat nefuctionale; 2. nu exista vreo zona de terasa / zona de mese - au doar 3 mese obosite la intrare (in dreptul receptiei) si atat; 3. nu au niciun program pentru copii seara - desi au un amfiteatru dedicat pentru asta, e lasat in paragina (la fel ca si mini lacul cu pesti); 4. amplasamentul - desi e la malul marii, atentie ca hotelul e extrem de izolat - e la aprox. 1.5 km de cea mai apropiata localitate (Scala Prinou - care oricum, nu e ceva de capul ei), deci, aveti nevoie de masina la orice miscare.Concluzie: acest hotel nu are cum sa fie de 5 stele (nu stiu cine ii mai lasa sa functioneze cu o astfel de incadrare), dar serviciile oferite (curatenie + mancare) sunt de calitate - oricum, taxa de statiune o veti achita tot ca pt un hotel de 5 stele (15 euro / zi). Daca veniti cu gandul ca veti sta la un hotel foarte bun de 3 stele, cu siguranta ca veti avea un concediu reusit.

Nici pe departe un hotel de 5 stele. Mobilier, sanitare si electrocasnice invechite, pereti crapati...nimic care sa justifice pretul. Frigiderul/mini bar nefunctional; dupa nenumerate plangeri l-au schimbat (cu un model vechi dar functional) si l-au trantit in mijlocul camerei intrucat nu intra in mobilier.

Hotelul nu este unul de cinci stele asa cum este clasificat,maxim 3 stele,dar este un hotel curat cu plaja privata,unde se ofera prosoape de plaja ,nu mai este nevoie sa iti folosesti prosoapele tale,curatenia este facuta in camera zi de zi,sunt doamnele care vin si au grija sa ai gel de dus zi de zi si prosoapele le schimba la fel.Un lucru important mancarea este foarte buna,noi am avut demipensiune,si in fiecare seara se schimba meniul,foarte multe sortimente ,cu siguranta gasesti si ceva pe gustul tau daca esti pretentios.Personalul este deasemenea foarte prietenos ,educati si nu sunt agasanti,Gradina ,piscina si tot peisajul din interiorul hotelului sunt foarte bine intretinute ,privelistea este minunata si apusurile ,rasariturile sunt de revista,foarte frumoase.am apreciat faptul ca proprietrul hotelului cred ca era verifica daca totul este in regula cu oaspetii,cu mancarea ,cateva seri l-am vazut printre angajati,era prietenos si cu angajatii dar atent si cu oaspetii.

In cele sapte zile cat am stat era o tipa la receptie mai tinara bruneta foarte plictisita ,nu am vazut un zambet pe fata ei parca era pe bataie,cand am ajuns noi ne-a preluat ea dupa care sa enervat si a aruncat foile la colega ei o doamna draguta ,care ne-a condus spre camera.Ii recomand doamnei ,domnisoarei sa isi schimbe jobul,aduce un mare minus celorlalti angajati care nu se regasesc in comportamentul ei!!!!!

Curatenie, facilitati, totul foarte OK. Camera mare, liniste seara, se aude marea de la terasa.

Camera de joaca pentru copii, era jalnica. avand in vedere, ca mai mult de jumatate din turisti erau cu copii, era frumos sa fi avut un loc amenajat pe plaja, sau undeva la umbra ceva pentru copii, nu doar acel joc de sah... al 3-lea pat era mic si destul de incomod, eu nu sunt pretentios, prima noapte nu m-am odihnit foarte bine, apoi m-am obisnuit cu lungimea de 1,65-170 ...

Mancare ok de nivelul unui hotel de 3 stele in Bulgaria. Pozitia hotelului foarte buna (pe plaja). Plaja hotelului amenajata foarte frumos. Intrarea in apa cu putine pietricele la inceput si apoi nisip fin. Piscina ok.

Canapeaua din camera suita junior foarte mica (de o persoana) potrivita pentru un copil de maxim 10 ani. Usile de la baie si de la baie si de intrare degradate. Saltea tare, incomoda. Furnici in camera: in pat, in dulap.

totul a fost extraordinar! atitudinea personalului (manager, receptie, ospatari, mentenana...) care este una foarte pozitiva, tot timpul cu zambetul pe buze, dornici sa te ajute in orice situaie/problema (ex: nu mergea frigiderul si a a doua zii a fost schimbat) ; mancarea - nu foarte diversificata dar proaspata i gustoasa, facilitaile - plaja, piscina, parcare.... De departe cea mai mare surpriza ne a facut o managerul oferindu ne Suita deluxe cu vedere la mare desii noi rezervasem Suita de familie; De menionat si faptul ca, au raspuns cu promtitudine cerinei noastre vis a vis de camera (Sa nu fie la parter pt ca auzisem ca pot exista musafiri nepoftiti,), cerina solicitata in scris direct pe mailul lor, pt ca Db nu ne raspunsese..., si deasemenea cu taxa de statiune care se achita la receptie si care costa 4 euro pe noapte si NU 5 euro pe zii cu ne a transmis DB...

Nu este cazul!

Hotelul e intr-o zona calma, cu o piscina frumoasa si o plaja privata linistita, cu nisip, intrare in mare lina, fara pietre. Restaurantul e bun, meniul bufet suedez e variat si gustos.

Camerele nu sunt de 5 stele, ci cam de 3, baia este foarte mica, cca 3mp, dusul foarte mic de asemenea.

Nu este un hotel de 5 stele, au camere renovate i camere mai vechi...noi am fost 3 familii,o familie a venit la o zi dupa noi...noi ,cei care am venit primii am primit camere in cladiri diferite,am dorit sa fim pui in aceai cladire,nu a a spus ca nu se poate....pana la urma ,contra unei sume modice ,ne au mutata impreuna ai in camere mai mari i frumoase.... cealalta famile nu a fost asa norocoasa,au primit o camera mica,cu o baie mica,o cabina de du minuscula,un feon cam antic,nu am vazut pana la varsta asta un aa feon, miros de igrasie, umezeala,in fine..eu nu au mai dorit sa se complice cu mutarea i etc...este bine de tiut ca putei rezolva problema daca se intampla sa vi se repartizeze o camera nu prea buna.......in sa precizez ca noi mergem de obicei in turcia ,este prima data cand am fost in Grecia...serviciile nu suporta termen de comparaie....per total a fost ok

Camera (de la parter, cu vedere la piscina) avea un miros greu, de mucegai; nu includea si canapeaua extensibila descrisa in pachet, de aceea a trebuit sa cerem un pat suplimentar care scaraia ingrozitor; baia fara pretenii, doar cu un geam dreptunghiular ingust ca aerisire; paianjeni in multe locuri.. Nu justifica cele 5 stele nici pe departe!

locatie frumoasa si pe o zona intinsa cu multe zone dragut amenajate (barul dinspre plaja, palmieri inalti, pesti foarte colorati si mari in minilacul existent) macarea excelenta (complimente bucatarului care supraveghea ca totul sa fie in ordine) plaja la mare de exceptie 5* cu o ambianta deosebita (cu multe dotari si atmosfera la superlativ), impartita pe zone pentru familii cu copii si cupluri) , zone de relaxare cu hamace, tabla de sah gigantica pentru copii, loc de joaca curatenie si schimbat asternuturile in camere in fiecare zi vederea la mare din camera si de la restaurant excelenta personal amabil (ospatari +cameriste ) mancare diversificata si foarte gustoasa specatcolul pentru copii cu un magiciaan haios (dar doar o data pe saptamana)

la piscina locurile pe sezlonguri sunt insuficiente si fara accesorii/jucarii pentru copii (tobogane, colace haioasa etc) camerele sunt cam de 4* cu indulgenta la intrarea in mare sunt pietre cam 2 metrii latime

Camera de 3 stele in nici un caz de 5 stele . Uile lovite i in loc sa le schimbe au pus placi de metal vopsite in partea de jos. aerul Conditionat foarte vechi si dadea un miros de mucegai . Geamurile de aerisire de la toalete ( toate toalete din hotel ) sunt pe holul hotelului unde mirosul era pe masura . am trimis poze agentului de la directbooking . La plecare mi au aratat intr-adevar 2 camere care aveau 4 /5 stele ( cele mai scumpe camere ). am vrut sa schimb camera contra cost i nu aveau camere libere . Chiar daca camera a fost cum a fost restul a fost Ok.

Plaja frumos amenajata,

Hotelul este destul de vechi(30ani) cu finisaje ce lasa de dorit,nu este de 5*,cel mult 3* la confortul camerei ,complexul Per total este Ok,intrarea in apa pe plaja este foarte greoaie deoarece sunt numai pietre mari,trebuie sa parcurgi 5 metri in apa i dupa aceea ajungi la nisip .atat in interiorul hotelului cat i la plaja nu ai voie cu bauturi din afara,chelnerii atragandu-i atenia daca te vad cu ceva suspect in mana ca nu ai voie ,bauturile de la barul hotelului foarte scumpe,mancarea la micul dejun in fiecare zi aceeai dar buna calitativ,probleme cu caldura in camerele de la ultimul etaj se incalzete planeul i nu poi dormi decat cu aC pornit,

Curatenia, faptul ca se schimbau zilnic prosoapele si la 2 zile lenjeria. Personalul foarte amabil, mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Piscinele foarte curate si faptul ca au piscina pentru copii. Locatia hotelului, inconjurat de verdeata, intr-o padure, plaja privata cu ezlonguri gratuite, dar apa marii era cam murdara, insa acest aspect nu tine de personalul hotelului. Una peste alta recomand cu placere acest hotel unde ne-am simtit foarte bine. O sa revenim cu placere.

Pentru ca am fost cazati la ultimul nivel al hotelului a fost foarte cald si am fost nevoiti sa dormim cu aerul conditionat pornit. Mancarea a fost bunicica, cred ca ar trebui accent pentru imbunatatirea gustului, ca sa zic asa (aviz bucatarului).

Curatenie peste tot. Gradini frumose si ingrijite. Piscina curata si peisaj ca in poze. Hotel pe plaja cu nisip in general(dar si cateva pietricele). Peisaje fascinante in complex, din restaurant sau lounge.

aceeasi mancare la micul dejun si in general saracacioasa(au reusit sa ne serveasca la salamuri 2 tipuri de parizer)... Localizarea destul de departe de primul orasel cu ceva agitatie,restaurantele si supermarketuri. La demipensiune nu iti dau nici macar un pahar de apa daca te inneci la masa fara sa ti-l puna pe nota camerei. Preturi in general mari pt toate bauturile din complex si nu prea ai de unde lua prin imprejurimi. Zona de vedetatie bogata si neingrijita din jurul hotelului aduce foarte multe insecte si in preajma hotelului(furnici, viespi, barzauni,etc). Posibilitati reduse sau chiar nule de distractie seara pt tineri. Pietrele din apa marii la vreo 2 m de mal sunt deranjante(sunt necesari galosii aia de apa ai grecilor). Personal aparent amabil dar, in realitate te refuze elegant orice le-ai cere. Hotel de 3+(maxim 4) in realitate.
