Apa termala in toate piscinele, camere mari, curate, saltele f bune, personalul ff amabil. Bufetul cu antreuri foarte bine prezentat: multe salate, branzeturi mezeluri, ..... prosoape si halste sxhimbate zilnic.

La masa, felul principal este servit de bucatari care pun in farfurie ce aleg ei, nu stiu decat limba bulgara si nici nu exista afisata denumirea produselor . Daca intrebi ce produse sunt ca sa stii ce sa slegi se enerveaza .....sucurile , desi sunt prezentate imbuteliate sunt spa colorata. Berea vinul, sampania sunt Ok

The room was clean

Food was mediocre at best, either too salty or too bland. Bad meat choices, left most times restaurant hungry or ate french fires if available. 2 elevators for 15levels was a mock. One of the elevators was not even working properly, especially at 13 lvl going dpwn we had to wait 20 min for the elevatorcoffee was horrible, cappuccino jad powder milk which yasted bad and upsetted my stomach. the soft drinks from the machines were super bad, the “natural ones” were made out of powder and the bubbly ones were worse than at kfc.

Putina atenție ar fi buna și ma refer aici la cameriste, cand ai camera ocupată cu 3 persoane nu poți lăsa doar 1 sticluță de 35 ml de gel de dus. Nu mi-a plăcut partea cu barul din camera contra cost, era mai bine sa nu fie, nu-i vad rostul. Canapeaua este defecta, nu se poate dori in ea(penultima camera de la ultimul etaj, cred ca 429)

am ales această locație la recomandarea unor prieteni și chiar s-a dovedit a fi extrem de frumoasă. Poziționarea ei pe malul mării, camerele frumoase, spațioase și extrem de dotate, precum și mancare diversificată și personalul extrem de amabil au făcut șederea noastră extrem de plăcută, ca să nu mai spun de faptul ca noi am avut cu demipensiune și am putut să schimbăm pranzul cu cina in orice zi am dorit și asta pentru a ne permite o flexibilitate mai mare in ceea ce privește vizitarea diferitelor locuri. am oferit 5 stele pentru ca merită și cu siguranță ca o să mai revenim. Recomand cu mare incredere!!
