Hotelul se afla intre satul Monolithos si Kamari (la iesires din Monolithos, pana la Kamari fiind 3 Km). In Monolithos nu ai ce vedea, exista o plaja cu nisip fin negru (singura din zona) care este la o distanta de 1,5 Km de hotelul Mediterranean White (pe jos min 20 minute). Pentru plaja se poate merge in satul Kamari (plaja cu nicip negru cu pietricele, foarte fierbinte vara - musai papuci de apa). Kamari este o statiune/sat cochet cu magazine, foarte multe tersare/taverne cu preturi OK (recomand Perigiali tavern pentru preparate prosapete si rapid servite, platouri de 2 persoane mari si pline de bunatati atat cu peste cat si cu carne). Din Kamari se poate lua autobuzul pentru capitala Fira (Phira).
