Moraitika village is one of the liveliest tourist resorts of Corfu island and is located in front of a perfect beach. The village is within close proximity to the town of Corfu in a distance of 12 miles from the airport which is located in kanoni village. The main street of Moraitika is a strip of bars, restaurants and shops that struggles for over a kilometre to the junction where the main road veers inland and the Messonghi River just beyond it forms the official boundary with Messonghi.
There is a scenic beach right in front of the Moraitika village, which is ideal for swimming. If you have it in you to go scuba diving, there is an exclusive Diving Center that imparts both preliminary as well as advanced courses on the art of diving. For short excursions, a visit to the neighborhood beach of Aghios Ioannis is highly recommended.
There are plenty of lively clubs and discos open until late but the resort is not as wild as the youth resort of Kavos.Moraitika appeals to a cosmopolitan mix of families, younger couples and those wanting plenty of lively entertainment, plentiful budget to mid-range accommodation and a sandy beach close to Corfu town.

Moraitika | The traditional village is sittuated at 20 km south from Corfu Town. Here it can be found specific tavernas, but also elegant restaurants and shops.

Plaja cu nisip, extraordinara,in special pentru famillile cu copii, avand o mare intindere pana la adancime, fiind si cea mai calda apa din statiune.Ca si amplasare fata de hotel, este la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Preturi:7, 8 Euro set 2 sezlong-uri si umbrela.Moraitika este cea mai ieftina statiune din Corfu.
