City of the municipality Katerini, has 5,000 inhabitants. Here you will find a sandy beach that stretches over several kilometers of shallow waters. The beach at Korinos was awarded the European Blue Flag. There are many attractions for tourists. Two large Macedonian tombs recently discovered and Monastery Agios Georgios.Pe coastal portion are hotels, rooms to let and a camping area and a number of taverns, bars, cafes, discos and nightclubs. It is easily accessible from the National Highway E75 and Old National Road Thessaloniki to Katerini but the recently completed coastaă the road that comes from Olympic Beach (Katerinoskala). Railway transportation from Thessaloniki to Athens (Station: Korinos).

am stat in Korinos, sat la 3 minute distanta de Paralia, linistit si placut. Ideal pentru familii. Paralia dragu?a, cu multa distractie, restaurante foarte bune, mai ales Molos din port, recomand. Por?ii enorme, gustoase, preturi rezonabile. am mancat de 50 de euro 4 persoane, calamari, creveti, scoici, hamsii, bere, cartofi pai, salate, dar nu am putut manca tot. Super gustos. tot in port am descoperit cofetaria Pralina, au inghetata cea mai buna din cate am mancat. Iar prajiturile sunt de poveste! Multele Olimp aproape, cu trasee pietonale frumoase.
