The two beaches of the Holy Apostles (greek: Agioi Apostoloi) are located just 3km west of Chania and is a beautiful resort.
The West Beach of the Holy Apostles - The first cove at west is located just besides the east edge of Glaros beach. It is a beautiful sandy beach with all amenities and a large parking place nearby and easily accessed. A small peninsula is formed on the west side of the beach, which protects it from the winds. On the peninsula there is a nice park, which is ideal for walking, and the scenic chapel of the Holy Apostles after which the wider area takes its name.
The East beach of the Holy Apostles - A second “twin” cove is formed some meters eastern of the first one, with beautiful greenish waters and fine sand. The rock formations on the side are amazing. Beside the east end of the beach, there is a small pine grove extending to the east till Golden Beach.
Chania Agioi Apostoli | The beach of Agioi Apostoloi is located 3 km west of Chania Town. It is popular among both locals and tourists. Although it tends to get crowded in high seasons, especially during weekends, it is still a bit quieter than other resorts in Chania
