Barbati beach is known for its beauty and cleanliness, being awarded the blue flag of the high quality exhibits. On the beach there are small white pebbles, which gives a great view of those who choose this place to soak up the sun. Entry into the water is not very smooth, becoming quite deep water a few meters from the shore, which is why Barbati beach is not recommended for families with small children. This beach is known as one of the best on the island of Corfu, is remarkably similar to a beach tropics. Prices are somewhat lower than the beaches of Paleokastritsa and Sidari.
In Barbati as in any other resort on the island of Corfu, there are plenty of things to do. Besides water sports that can be practiced here, and besides many souvenir shops where you can hang out, Men offers tourists interested and sea cruises.
The village center is full of taverns and bars where you can have all sorts of culinary delights. Caryatides Tavern is the most popular tavern Barbati many people praising the quality of traditional food served in this location.
