The hotel, which has been open since 1989, is a completely renovated and restored patrician house under monumental protection. Under new management since 2022, it comprises a total of 12 room units on the 1st and 2nd floor, 10 of which are double rooms of various categories and two suites, each consisting of a living room and a bedroom area. On the ground floor there is the reception, two lounge areas and the breakfast room. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and in summer also in the hotel's garden. Each room has free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and heating.

Ermoupolis is the main town on the island of Syros. The hotel is slightly elevated and surrounded by stairs. It is also accessible by car. It is only a 5-minute walk from the central town hall square and a 7-10-minute walk from the harbour and the harbour promenade, where you will find cafes, stylish restaurants, traditional tavernas and shops of all kinds. The harbour is also the central stop for the island buses that drive to the beaches every half hour during summer time (an average of 20 minutes by bus). The old town of Ano Syros can be reached either by stairs in 20 minutes or by car/taxi in 5 minutes.
