A three floor Villa which the first floor (undergrount) has one bedroom with separete bathroom. The ground floor has the living area with fireplace, the dining area , the full equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, cafe mashine) ,a WC and a balcony with a sitting area that leads to the garden. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with king size bed , a separate bathroom with shower and WC and a terrace with Jacuzzi and panoramic sea views. Also there is one more bedroom with king size bed ,a separate bathroom with shower and wc and balcony.
There are also, an external guesthouse for two people with king size bed,private bathroom and garden view.
The outdoor area includes a large garden with a private pool and garden lounge, and a barbecue area with full equipment and a large dining area, all with sea view.
In the area of ??the beaches there are sunbeds exclusively for guests.
