This superior, attractive hotel is located on the approach to Vouliagmeni, separated from the sea by only a beach. A private beach club is about 150 m away (additional fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols are also available for use. A further sandy/shingle beach lies just 300 m from the hotel. Diverse shopping and entertainment venues are easily reached on foot within 5 minutes. Vouliangmeni Lake, featuring hot healing springs, is approximately a 15-minute walk away. Public transport to Athens and Cap Soúnion can be caught at a stop 100 m from the hotel. The transfer to the airport takes around 30 minutes (21 km).This beach hotel was built in 1985, completely renovated in 1997 and then underwent further refurbishment in 2004. A total of 175 rooms are spread over 6-storey main building and a 4-storey annexe block. The hotel comprises 9 single rooms and 126 doubles, in addition to 40 suites. The spacious lobby area includes a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lift access and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a souvenir shop, a café/bar, 2 conference rooms and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Room and laundry services as well as a public Internet terminal are also available.The rooms come with an en suite bathroom and a balcony (with partial views out over the sea or in-land views). In addition, they are also equipped with a direct dial telephone, a minibar, a fridge, an Internet connection, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite/ cable TV and a safe.A swimming pool with a paddling area, poolside snack bar (opening times vary according to the season) and sun loungers (free of charge) are all located in the hotel grounds. Sports enthusiasts may take advantage of the tennis club with its total of 6 tennis courts (at no extra cost).
