Where timeless design meets the heart of historic Athens
Opened in March 2024, Aionion Residences by K&K is a beautifully renovated building in Thissio, home to 13 thoughtfully designed apartments and a spacious roof garden on the fourth floor with breathtaking Acropolis views.
Inspired by the vibrant spirit of the 1970s, architect Shiraz Nader blended retro elegance with modern sophistication. Warm wood, marble surfaces, and original mosaics are paired with unique decorative details. Earthy tones of white, grey, and teal flow throughout, with the rich olive green taking center stage.
Each residence offers the comfort and style of a luxurious home away from home, perfectly aligned with our vision: to create a place you’ll wish to return to again and again.
Our neighborhood
The building stands on Vasilis Street, named after a nymph of the earth in Greek mythology once worshipped at the Ilissos River. Twelve residences take their names from mythical nymphs, while the Apollo Luxury Residence honors the god of light’s legendary love for the nymph Daphne — whose namesake apartment adjoins it.
This location offers the best of both worlds. On one side, a peaceful, authentic neighborhood with traditional little stores that invite you to experience Athens like a local. On the other, the lively Apostolou Pavlou pedestrian street — often called the most beautiful street in the city — just steps away. Lined with history, it leads you to the Acropolis in about 10 minutes on foot.
