Room facilities:

The villa features pink and ocher Parian marble, wooden and marble floors, luxury furniture and antiques. The two-story family villa has four spacious bedrooms with King Size or Queen Size beds and marble en-suite bathrooms. There is an open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing meals using ingredients from the villa's garden, as well as a spacious dining area. The villa has a private swimming pool with sea views, as well as large terraces, a spring water pond and a private chapel.

Complementing the luxury villa in Yria Ktima and offering extra privacy to guests, there is an independent guest house nestled among imposing olive trees. It has 60m2 of interior space and has a bedroom and private bathroom, living area and kitchenette, as well as a veranda overlooking the garden and the sea. Located 800m from the main building of the hotel.

These spacious, beautifully furnished double rooms allow you to disconnect from the world and indulge in simple luxury, featuring king-size or twin beds, a reading chair and desk, as well as a veranda decorated with a covered pergola flowers. *JUNIOR SUITE (2-3 guests, 34-38 sqm, one king-size bed or two twin beds, extra bed on request): These suites can accommodate up to three people and are spread across the hotel grounds, offering views of the garden and orchard from spacious verandas with outdoor seating to help you relax and refresh. Their combined living and sleeping area includes a king-size bed or twin beds, reading chair and desk, and some may include a convertible sofa bed. Location: Ground floor


*MAISONETTE (4 guests, 58-62 sqm, one extra-large double bed and two twin beds): The perfect choice for families of four or groups of friends, these two-story maisonettes have separate bedrooms on each floor, connected by a internal marble staircase. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second has twin beds. They have a dedicated bathroom and veranda for each bedroom, as well as a separate external entrance door for the first floor bedroom. Location: Ground floor Two floors

*EXPERIENCE SUITE (2-3 guests, 62-68 sqm, one king-size bed and sofa bed, extra bed on request): Each room has a bedroom with a king-size bed, and the spacious living area with private bathroom is the perfect place for relaxation with comfortable luxury furniture including day bed, armchair, coffee table and desk. They can accommodate up to two people and also have a bathroom with shower and two beautifully shaded verandas from where you can enjoy the lush garden and view of the orchard.Location: ground floor or first floor.


*POOL EXPERIENCE SUITE (2-3 guests, 62-68 sq m, a king-size bed and a sofa bed): Our Pool Experience Suites are the perfect places to relax in complete seclusion, allowing you to absorb the soothing energy that envelop in Yria. Each of the beautifully appointed Pool Experience Suites has its own private infinity pool, as well as double shaded verandas, ideal for couples looking to relax in maximum privacy. This private Pool Experience Suite has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a private living area with a daybed, armchair, coffee table and desk. Location: Ground floor.


*YRIA RESIDENCE (136 sqm, one king-size bed and two twin beds, cot on request): Wrapped in the embrace of nature, our Yria residence comes with bright, spacious spaces, stylish interiors and thoughtful amenities. Every detail within the Residence is a call to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect with yourself and your loved ones. Ideal for couples or families of four, it has two bedrooms, one berdoom with a king-size bed and a second with twin beds. The airy living room and dining area is the perfect place to socialize and share happy moments, featuring comfortable leather sofas, armchairs, desk and bookcase, as well as a marble floor with a Byzantine design. Its 100m2 terrace has outdoor seating and an outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the sea, mountains and beautiful hotel grounds. Location: First floor.

The superb Yria Ktima is a white stone villa set amongst 2 acres of lush gardens and orchards in a private location 800m away from the main hotel complex. Designed to be elegant yet relaxed, the interior is characterized by airy spaces and traditional Cycladic decor adorned with unique details.
