Location:

The villas are located in the northeast of Corfu, on the outskirts of Agios Markos, one of the oldest and most graphic villages on the island. Wherever you look at the property, you will enjoy stunning views. You can clearly see the sophistication of Corfu Town and its majestic city, but you can also enjoy the unique beauties of the endless views of the sea and the landscape.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom: On the first floor of the tower with a king-size bed, air conditioning. The window door leads to the garden.

The second bedroom with twin beds, has its own shower room, leads to the veranda, air conditioning.

Bathrooms:

The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a spa bath and a hairdryer. Second bedroom: includes its own shower and hairdryer.

Kitchen:

Coffee maker, toaster, 4-piece cooker, blender, cookware, fridge, hob, microwave, spices, grill, coffee grinder, oven, dishwasher, freezer, lobster pot. Picnic basket.

Utility room:

Washing machine. iron and board.

Living rooms:

The house is completed by interior / exterior spaces, including a relaxing living bed in the upper veranda of the tower, in the living room 2 × 2 sofas, fireplace, TV. Moreover, there is a hi-fi system with 715 songs available.

Cleaning services / towels / bed linen / housekeeping:

Towels and bed linen are included, the property is cleaned 3 times a week, and towels and bed linen are changed twice a week. The pool is cleaned twice a week and PH checked three times a week.

Pool:

In infinite style, the pool flows on the outer edge, so the stunning view and the garden are seated below while you swim! The size of the pool is 11 x 5.5 meters and is 2m at the deepest point and 80cm at the surface. The pool is private.
