Situata langa Villa Bella Vista.

Villa Marcus (~125 mp), vila pe trei nivele, stil maisonette, cu gradina privata, cu zona de picnic si gratar de piatra.

Capacitate cazare - sase adulti.

Parterul este utilizat ca o camera de depozitare.

La primul nivel: bucatarie moderna complet utilata (cuptor cu microunde, frigider, aragaz, masina de spalat vase, filtru de cafea si toate ustensilele necesare), living spatios cu semineu, TV, internet Wi-Fi, WC, seif, sala de mese.
