Villa Felicity este o reședință de lux situată în satul Svoronata, la câteva minute de cele mai dorite plaje din Kefalonia, de Aeroportul Internațional al insulei și de capitală - Argostoli.   Vila măsoară 350 m² de spațiu interior cuprinzând în total 4 dormitoare și 4 băi, care pot găzdui confortabil 6-8 oaspeți, și 750 m² de spațiu exterior. Villa Felicity se mândrește cu o vedere panoramică spre piscină, iar designul său urmează în principal principiile de dispunere „open floor”, oferind rezidenților acces facil la zonele interioare și exterioare. Are o bucătărie complet echipată și o sală de mese, un living și o bibliotecă/sală de studiu.
