Location: The hotel is located in Kolios area just 6 km from Skiathos town and 6.5 km from the famous beach Koukounaries . It is well situated halfway the main street that connects Skiathos town to the famous beaches of the south. The town center is about 1 km away and the nearest bus stop is about 350 m away.

Room facilities: all high-quality studios have a private bathroom with shower. Each accommodation is equipped with a TV and internet access, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove and tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning, a private balcony.
