Location

The villas are built at 70m over the sea on a small peninsula, on a land of 10 acres with a 180 degree panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands of Syros, Naxos, Paros and Dilos. Each villa features plenty windows and open spaces, that offer stunning sea views and amazing sunsets.

The minimal designed outdoor spaces with their verandas, pergolas and their private swimming overflow pools match beautifully with the natural surroundings and offer harmony with the typical cycladic construction made of stones, marble and whitewashed walls. The villas offer confort with minimalist contemporary elegance of simple lines, the evident luxury of the white marble floors and outdoor marble tables as well as, the white cotton linens and the elegantly designed furniture.

Two Bedroom Suite with Private Pool & Sea View: This villa is situated at the east side of the complex, has two floors and a surface of 95m2. It’s accommodation capacity is from 4 to 6 people. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (or two single), bathroom with toilet, kitchenette, fully equipped veranda (pergola, outdoor dining table with chairs and deck chairs). The ground floor accommodates maximum 4 people, two in a double bed bedroom with veranda and two more on a sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a fully equipped, sea view veranda (dining table and chairs, deck chairs, outdoor shower) with the overflowing swimming pool just in front of the sea.
