Terms and Conditions of rental

1. We - the owners of accommodation of "Treehouse Holiday Homes" located in Ermioni, Greece - will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. We advise you to arrange your own travel insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings whilst staying at the property.

2. Occupation of the house. The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number of the people it has been booked for. Should the owner/manager find more persons than stated, it is up to his/her discretion to ask 'the tenants' to vacate the property, terminate the contract and maintain full payment. No additional visitors are allowed in the property.

3. The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good (or will arrange with us to make good) any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting.

4. The rental fee of the property includes all taxes, rates and electricity. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, blankets and adequate cleaning equipment, linen and towels. Wifi is free but not guaranteed since it depends on the telecoms companies.

5. All apartments and studios are self catering but linen and towels are provided on reasonable and suitable times depending on the length of stay. However, the tenant is responsible for changing towels & linen. Extra apartment/studio cleaning and waste disposal are not included in the rental fee.

6. Strictly no pets and no smoking. The tenants agree not to smoke, nor to allow smoking, inside the apartment at any time. If this is not strictly adhered to it will lead to a deduction from the deposit or extra cost.

7. Tenants are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them. Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, then this will be charged at 50 EUR and deducted from the security deposit or charged i the credit card. All breakages must be paid for. 80 EUR are charged for key loss since locks will have to be replaced.

8. Check in at 16:00 and Check Out at 10:30. This is flexible - except on changeover days - but needs to be pre-arranged.

11. All possible bank transfer charges for sending or receiving payments will be payed by the tenant.

12. The person making the booking will remain responsible for all the members of the party and should ensure that they are aware of booking conditions. If these are not met, we could refuse right of entry to the property and no monies will be refunded.

13. The right of entry to the property at all reasonable times is reserved by the owner with or without workmen for the purpose of inspection or to carry out repair deemed necessary to the property or equipment, including gardening.

14. The acceptance of the property from the owner will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The tenant accepts responsibility for any breakages and will vacate the property at the conclusion of the booked period. On booking this accommodation, the tenant totally and unconditionally accepts the above booking conditions.

EXCELLENT BASE FOR EXPLORING

Ermioni village is located in the East coast of the Peloponnese, near some very well known cultural sites (Mycenae, Epidavrus, Nafplio) and a very short ferry ride from the islands of Spetses and Hydra. Surrounded by numerous beaches, the huge coastline offers the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea at every turn. Our area is sometimes called “the island”.
