Neos Marmara is one of the most cosmopolitan villages of Halkidiki. It is a picturesque village which was built as an amphitheater, on top of a hill, surrounded by sea. The village was founded in 1922 by some refugees from Asia Minor, who were joined by
some local residents Parthenionas 1970.
