In detail:

3-Bedroom Sea View Villa 2 with Private Pool + extra Space is a S.A.N.D. Collection Villa that shines in bohemian breeze, reflecting the joyful energy and the impeccable views of the well-known Santa Maria beach. It is a spacious, comfortable villa of 240 m2, that can host up to 10guests; ideal to let go, relax and nourish from the breath-taking view. A calming soft white palette is selected for the indoor areas, that embrace artistic temperament with island style customized decorations, while the outdoor living areas underline its elegant-minimalistic spirit: The Villa pergola shaded lounge area, creates an ideal setting for dreamy moments of relaxed conversations with friends and family.

On the ground level, Villa features two spacious light filled bedrooms (15 m2 and 16 m2); a soothing ambience that is completed by one comfortable bathroom and one guest bathroom.

The ground level?s dining area (22 m2) is separated from the living area (24 m2), offering comfort and privacy: the large living area has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds. Wonderful textures, elegant decorative elements and natural materials breeze in the villas? white, light- filled living room, that opens to a nice shaded veranda.

On the lower ground floor, Villa features a living room (25 m2) with a build-in sofa that can comfortably host a person to sleep. On the same floor, one bedroom (14 m2) with double bed and one bedroom (18 m2) with two additional single beds that are separated by an artistic bamboo wall, create a breezy island atmosphere. The two bedrooms share a luxurious and spacious bathroom (7.5 m2) and they open to a shaded veranda.

 

2-Bedroom Sea View Villa with Private Pool is a superb family Villa of 145m2, spacious, light-filled and elegant; it features carefully designed details in minimal clean lines that highlight the beauty of its surroundings.

The living room is very spacious and comfortable(62 m2) ,has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds , leading to a large veranda of 110 m2 with a pergola and its own private pool. It features a separate dining area and fully furnished kitchen.

 Villa boasts an elegant master bedroom (15 m2) with ensuite bathroom and a -two single bed- bedroom (which can be turned to double ) (16 m2), also with a bathroom.
