The nearest airport is Chania airport 26.9km away from the property.Regarding Season 2020•We’ll welcome our guests in our outdoor spaces and gardens always keeping the safety distances•Check out at 11am and check in at 4pm in order to have additional time for a thorough house cleaning•We reduce the frequency of maid service and changing linen to twice per week, or upon request.•Every not basic equipment like magazines, bathrobes, decoration pillows, covers will be removed.•Fitness room, steam bath, and our music, movie and book library will remain closed and not available for use•Bicycles and all the beach equipment that we normally offer will be no available.•We remove the sun beds from the pool area, and we put them at the courtyard or roof terrace of each house for private use.•Swimming pool will remain open for use for the guest of each house every time.•In order to ensure the rules of hygiene, the mini market will remain open only while our presence there, normally morning hours.•We put in obvious and accessible places in all common areas antiseptic gel and disposable gloves•We put in each house a mild disinfectant chlorine solution and disposable kitchen gloves.•We provide each guest with a package including antiseptic gel, wipes and multi-use face ma•Breakfast, as always, will be served individually at the private areas of each house.

A restored 75sqm house of the last century, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. It has all the modern comforts but at the same time exudes a sense of another era. The large sunny courtyard and its shady gardens, on different levels, will give you moments of tranquility and relaxation. The rose garden adds colors and aromas to the area, while the view of the lush plain and surrounding villages will not disappoint you.The gardens, landscaped on different levels, are paved with lawn, while the rose garden gave its name to the hostel. There are many shady corners that are tailor-made to enjoy relaxation and sunny spots. A small vegetable garden will provide you with fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits.Guests have access and can use all the amenities and spaces of the home, both indoors and outdoors. The Rose Garden Villa is just 1.1km from the main square of the larger village of Stylos, famous for its fountains, Byzantine churches and very picturesque taverns.

The house consists of a large kitchen - dining area, a comfortable living room, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and has a kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, many cabinets with all the necessary equipment and a dining table with 4 chairs.The living room has a large sofa that can also be easily converted into a twin or double bed, a large table with 6 chairs, a smart TV and air conditioning.The bedroom has a double bed with anatomical mattress and a choice of soft or hard surface, bedside table, large fitted wardrobe, mirror chest and air conditioner.The bathroom is comfortable, with a shower cabin and a washing machine.The large paved patio has an outdoor table with chairs and a large parasol for the sun.
