Subject: Arrival Instructions for Spitakia Cottages

Dear guests

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO FIND US EASILY IN THE VILLAGE

On your arrival at Avgonima, please do not enter the village through the main entrance.

Instead, drive towards the sea, heading for Asteri Restaurant.

Drive up the narrow street just after the garbage bins.

Ask for Spitakia Cottages, or feel free to call us, and we will meet you there.

We are located just 30 meters from the restaurant, making it easy to unload your luggage.

📍 IMPORTANT – DO NOT USE GPS FROM CHIOS TOWN:

Please avoid using GPS navigation from Chios Town to Avgonima.

It often suggests incorrect and unsuitable rural roads.

Instead, from Chios central square (close to the port), follow the road signs towards Avgonima – Anavatos or Nea Moni.

This is the correct and paved route to the village.

🚗 Parking Notice:

Please note that parking is limited in the village, especially:

During weekends,

Around sunset time,

On public holidays.

Also, parking is strictly prohibited in the central square:

From July 20th until the end of August,

On all Sundays and public holidays throughout the year.

ΠΑΡΑΚΑΛΟΥΜΕ ΔΙΑΒΑΣΤΕ ΠΡΟΣΕΚΤΙΚΑ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΑΣ ΒΡΕΙΤΕ ΕΥΚΟΛΑ ΣΤΟ ΧΩΡΙΟ

Την ημέρα της άφιξής σας, στο χωριό Αυγώνυμα, παρακαλούμε μην μπείτε από την κεντρική είσοδο του χωριού.

Αντί γι’ αυτό, οδηγήστε προς τη θάλασσα, με κατεύθυνση προς την ταβέρνα Αστερής.

Ανεβείτε τον στενό δρόμο ακριβώς μετά τους κάδους απορριμμάτων.

Ρωτήστε για τα Spitakia Cottages, ή καλέστε μας και θα έρθουμε να σας συναντήσουμε εκεί.

Βρισκόμαστε μόλις 30 μέτρα από την ταβέρνα, ώστε να μπορείτε εύκολα να ξεφορτώσετε τις αποσκευές σας.

📍 ΠΟΛΥ ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ – ΜΗ ΧΡΗΣΙΜΟΠΟΙΕΙΤΕ GPS ΑΠΟ ΤΗ ΧΙΟ:

Παρακαλούμε μην χρησιμοποιείτε GPS από την πόλη της Χίου προς τα Αυγώνυμα.

Συχνά δίνει λανθασμένες οδηγίες μέσω ακατάλληλων και στενών αγροτικών δρόμων.

Αντί αυτού, ξεκινήστε από την κεντρική πλατεία της Χίου (κοντά στο λιμάνι) και ακολουθήστε τις πινακίδες προς Αυγώνυμα – Ανάβατο ή Νέα Μονή.

Αυτή είναι η σωστή και ασφαλώς ασφαλτοστρωμένη διαδρομή.

🚗 Πληροφορίες Στάθμευσης:

Η στάθμευση στο χωριό είναι περιορισμένη, ιδιαίτερα:

Τα Σαββατοκύριακα,

Τις ώρες του ηλιοβασιλέματος,

Τις επίσημες αργίες.

Επιπλέον, απαγορεύεται αυστηρά η στάθμευση στην κεντρική πλατεία:

Από 20 Ιουλίου έως το τέλος Αυγούστου,

Κάθε Κυριακή και επίσημη αργία καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους.
