Sitia is a village with tremendous history! It can narrate stories from antiquity and the Middle Ages. After being destroyed by the Venetians, it was rebuilt in 1870 preserving its initial features. Despite Sitia’s own history, its location stands as an excellent starting point for the exploration of Crete.
Crete is the epitome of combination. Crete means sea; it means nature as well. Crete is composed of traditional and historical villages; maintaining a strong touristic side too.
