Curatenia a fost ireprosabila, in fiecare zi gaseam camera foarte curata.La micul dejun mancarea a fost variata, de calitate si foarte gustoasa.Ne-a placut mult ca hotelul este situat intr-o zona foarte linistita.

Impresia hotelului Sarantis este una negativa. au fost extrem de restrictivi in sensul ca: am fost cu niste prieteni care erau cazati la un alt hotel si din pacate acestia nu ne-au putut vizita pt ca ni s-a spus ca nu avem voi cu musafiri in camera. acest lucru se intampla la pranz nu seara sau noaptea cand poti interpreta ca ar putea innopta la noi. apoi dupa micul dejun, am vrut sa ne luam cestile cu cafea in camera si ne-au intors din drum spunandu-ne ca acest lucru nu e permis. Un alt lucru care a demonstrat un personal si un managemt de proasta calitate este faptul ca dimineata la micul dejun mi-am luat cafeaua afara pe terasa iar la ora 10.30 mi-a fost luata din fata intrebandu-ma daca am terminat. acest lucru este de neacceptat. Iar la plecare, ora de check-out era la 9.30, iar la 9.32 fix au sunat in camera sa intrebe daca suntem gata, iar in secunda 2, sotia "manegrului" a aparut la usa pt a prelua camera.. I-am spus atunci nemultumirile noastre dar din pacate s-a facut ca nu intelege engleza. Dar sa ne scoata prietenii din hotel si sa ne spuna ca nu avem voie cu cestile in camera a stiut engleza. Voi scrie pe toate forumurile despre acest hotel pt ca nu consider ca aceasta politica de administrare a hotelului este una potrivita.
