Location: Playia Villas is a complex of 4 luxury detached houses, built on the highest point of the picturesque seaside village of Petritis in Corfu. The property enjoys a privileged location in the village of Petritis in Corfu. The villas are surrounded by a lush green landscape with olive and cypress trees, offering complete privacy, while they are located just 700 meters from the heart of the village, the port and the beach. In the settlement of Petritis you can enjoy quiet and quality holidays with emphasis on authenticity and Greek tradition.

Playia Villa I is a neoclassical style maisonette, luxuriously built and properly equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen, balcony and garden with private pool.

The maisonette is located among olive and cypress trees. The most significant amenity of the outdoor space, is the private swimming pool, while the outdoor dining area with the gas BBQ and the marble sink, create the ideal conditions to enjoy your stay and spend quality time.

It is worth noting that the swimming pool is heated and the outdoor dining area is covered with a specially designed pergola, allowing thus the use of the outdoor spaces throughout the whole year and regardless of weather conditions.

This villa is consisted of 2 levels. While entering inside, we will see the living room and to its right a fully equipped kitchen as well as a small WC. On the other side is located the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, direct access to the garden and views of the pool.

On the second level are located the remaining 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Both rooms have access to a big balcony where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink as it has an outside lounge.

In all bedrooms there are mattresses from the award-winning Corfu company Imperial Strom, which allow the guest to choose the soft or hard side of the mattress for ultimate comfort.

In the living room and in all bedrooms there are Smart TVs with internet access and more than 400 channels.

Playia Villa II is a luxurious maisonette with neoclassical design and, fully equipped to ensure that you will have all the necessities for your stay. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, living room, dining room, properly equipped kitchen, balcony and garden with private pool.

The maisonette is located in a green landscape, surrounded by olive and cypress trees. The key element of the outdoor area is the private swimming pool, which, when combined with the outdoor dining area, the gas BBQ and the marble sink, it can lead you in creating moments of relaxation and quality time with your friends or family throughout your stay at the villa.

The swimming pool is heated as well as the outdoor dining area is covered with a specially designed pergola, making possible in that way the use the outdoor areas regardless of weather conditions.

This villa has 2 levels.

Inside the accommodation, straight after the entrance we see the living room and to its right a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there is a small WC and the master bedroom of the villa which has a private bathroom, direct access to the outdoor space and view of the pool.

Going upstairs, we will see the other 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom of the property. Both of these rooms have access to a large balcony, equipped with an outside lounge that gives you the opportunity to enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink.

Playia Villas Studio is a spacious studio, luxuriously built and properly equipped with everything necessary for your stay. It consists of a big main area and a loft, with the possibility of hosting three people.

The studio is located in a green landscape, between olive and cypress trees and overlooks the bay of Petritis and the clear blue Ionian Sea. The outdoor space is consisted of a complete outdoor dining and living room space, which provides a gas BBQ and a marble sink, creating that way the ideal conditions to enjoy your stay and spend quality time during your vacation.

The outdoor area of the dining room and living room is totally covered with a specially designed pergola, making its use possible throughout the year and regardless of weather conditions.

This studio has 2 levels. As we enter the residence we will see the main room of the studio, where the king size double bed is located as well as a mini kitchen, properly equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. In the same level is located the bathroom, which consists of a shower, bathroom furniture with a mirror and a toilet. Using an internal staircase, you can easily reach the loft, where there is one single bed. Both in the main room of the accommodation and in the loft, the mattresses are from the award-winning Corfu company, Imperial Strom, which gives the visitor the choice of choosing the soft or the hard side of the mattress.
