Pilikas Luxury Villas is located in Northern Ithaki 1.7km away from the large village of Stavros. This area is known as Pilikata. Polis beach lies 2.7km away and Vathy the island's capital is at a distance of 18.2km. The nearest airport is Kefalonia airport on the island of Kefalonia.

All villas are placed on the same direction, offering a great view to the sea and the whole horizon. The villas are found in a private inclining property of 9 levels surrounded by olive trees, giving unlimited view but at the same time ensuring the privacy of our customer.The property has two entries. Entry A leads you to the Villa Veatriki and then to the Villa Erigoni. Entry B leads you to the Villa Alexandra and then to the Villa Artemis. The buildings have two storeys, covering 100 sq.m. and to the right side of each there is a 30 sq.m. private pool. Furthermore, each villa has a private barbeque and private parking.As it is built on nine levels, the plot and its stone fences are illuminated every 5 metres. In the plot, there are 3 cobbled roads among the buildings, lit by old lanterns, with benches along the way. On the ground floor there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and a WC with shower. The internal staircase leads up to a bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the floor is a peripheral loft; its balcony looks vertically to the living room and dining room.

The inside compartments are made of old firebricks. The floors are wooden, and internal doors and cupboards are made of solid wood.

Apart from a fireplace, every room has a 9 BTU cooling - heating air-conditioning unit and a 24 BTU air-conditioning unit in the living room.

Furthermore, each building has an alarm system, three TVs (LCD), internet connection, a DVD player and a sound system. On the second floor, in the bedroom there is a safe box. The furniture is of monastery style, and the beds of bunk style.

The kitchens are made of oak and there is a series of all electrical appliances.
