Pearl Mansions is a complex of four luxury villas and an apartment that is located in a complex of 8 apartments, located in a spectacular place, on a hill full of greenery in the village of Nikiana. The town has developed in recent years, being a very popular resort. It has a beautiful and clean beach, with white pebbles, sand and crystal clear water.

The natural environment of the surrounding area is lush, rich in olive and cypress trees. The complex combines the beauty of a mountain landscape with the blue shades of the Ionian Sea, being located only 1 km from the beach.

Nikiana is located on the east coast of the island, at a distance of 8 km from the town of Lefkada and at the same distance from the cosmopolitan Nydrí. The distance to Aktio - the airport in Preveza is only 22 km (25 minutes) and from the airport in Athens, "Eleftherios Venizelos", is 380 km (4 hours). The village is also ideal for all types of water sports and offers lovely views of the mainland. It is easily accessible both from the town of Lefkada and from other villages.

As Nikiana is very close to the coast, visitors can enjoy the quiet beaches in a very beautiful setting. Thus, Nikiana is not accidentally considered a rare adornment of Lefkada.

In the village there are many shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, butchers, grocers, bakeries, etc. There are many traditional taverns, which offer fresh fish or skewers (souvlaki) and various appetizers and Greek dishes. The picturesque harbor is full of beautiful fishing boats and private yachts. The villas are new development and were designed with care to provide comfort and unforgettable holiday experience to their guests.
The front face of the building has been designed according to the traditional style of the local houses of Lefkada with the highest architectural and structural standards


All units have a seating area. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony. There is also a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave, a toaster and refrigerator are also provided, as well as a kettle. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are available.

The complex consists of 4 villas and three of them are the same: Rose Pearl, Rosaline Pearl, Lavender Pearl, while Maroon Pearl has a private pool.

This stylish villa can accommodate up to six people at a time. It features 3 well-designed bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of a king size bed, a double bed and two twin beds in each room respectively. Two of these rooms have access to en-suite bathrooms, with a further main bathroom available. With a total of 3 bathrooms in the villa, the two en-suites provide modern showers, with the common bathroom containing a bathtub.
