Villa del Mar: Vila del Mar is located on the seashore of sapsila bay, on a sandy beach with crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming. This luxurious, traditional stone-built property has a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the bay and a second double bedroom with stunning sea views and a private bathroom.

Villa Chora: A unique villa with 2 floors, built with elegance and taste. The western orientation of the villa offers a spectacular view of the sunset and a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. The villa is strategically located on the outskirts of Hora, the famous capital of the island, fully accessible by car, a 5-minute walk from chora's main square. The villa offers private parking in its premises.


Ground floor: The ground floor serves as a living-dining area connected to a kitchen fully equipped with new appliances. Outside the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower.


Upper floor: The bedroom has a double bed, a small desk, spacious wardrobes and a large bathroom with a shower. Its veranda is equipped with two wooden sun loungers and has an breathtaking panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the bay of Petra.


Sunset & Ocean View Villa: On the ground floor, the villa has a double bedroom with an extra bed (medium-sized bed) bunk and a second bedroom with a double bed plus a spacious bathroom with shower. On the upper level there is a second bathroom with shower and an open space living room / dining room / kitchen that leads to a furnished terrace, enjoying a spectacular panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.


Villa Diamond: Villa Diamond has an area of 350 sqm and enjoys a very privileged position, just a few hundred meters from Skala (the port), being built on the edge of the hill. The interior of the villa is simple, but elegant. Traditional furniture, a predominance of wood and stone, all create a warm ambience.

Meloi Pool Villa: Its location on top of the hill offers a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and an unforgettable sunset setting. The villa is built on two levels. The villa can accommodate 4 adults in two bedrooms (one double plus one with two single beds) and two bathrooms. The house also has private parking spaces, AC and Wifi. 


Nena's Art Home: Nena's House is a recently renovated luxury villa with 2 floors, located in a privileged location. The villa is located on the road from Skala (port) to Chora, just a few meters away from the Cave of the Apocalypse. This exclusive villa of 250 sqm can comfortably accommodate 8 adults in 4 large double bedrooms. There are 2 king size master bedrooms (one on each floor) with ensuite bathrooms and two more queen size bedrooms that share a third bathroom on the lower floor. All bedrooms have the same fascinating sea view and direct access to the upper or lower terrace.







A fully equipped kitchen and full households, gives you everything you need to prepare delicious meals and energizing breakfast. Housekeeping is offered every two days, and the change of sheets / towels is twice a week. Free Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available.
