It is conveniently located next to the road, at the entrance to Naoussa, which leads southwest to Parikia, the capital of Paros, or northeast to Naoussa, the vibrant seaside town you'll love to be off for an ideal Cycladic summer.

Parian Lithos Residence in Naoussa offers a wide variety of sea-view rooms and standard apartments with all modern amenities and services for a memorable holiday on the island of Paros. However, everyone will cherish those sunset moments at our rooftop café "Pigeon" - bar, sipping a fine wine or cocktail with great company.

*Double Room with Sea View (20-26 sqm, balcony): Furnished with authentic antique pieces, decorated in a minimal style and equipped with all modern amenities, it will surely offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay in Paros. Very popular among couples due to the soothing sea views of Naoussa Bay from the balcony. Double Room is located on the first or second floor. (maximum 2 persons)

*Double / Twin Partial Sea View (26 sqm, balcony): Furnished with authentic antique pieces, decorated in a minimal style and equipped with all modern amenities, it will surely offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay in Paros. It offers partial sea views from its balcony on the first or second floor.

*Double Room with Garden View (26 sqm, balcony): Standard Double Room with Garden View perfectly combines authentic local design with contemporary amenities designed to delight every guest. It is located on the first floor.




*Triple Room with Sea View (26 sqm, balcony): If you are traveling with family or friends, this spacious room with a double bed and a single bed would be the perfect choice. It is located on the first floor. (maximum 3 people)

*Suite with Partial Sea View (35 sqm, terrace): Our standard sea view apartments have two adjacent rooms consisting of a living room, double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a marble bathroom. They are all located on the ground floor and have a private terrace. Ideal for families with one child or three adults (the 3rd guest sleeps in the sofa bed in the living room).



*Standard Suite Sea View (28 sqm, terrace): Our standard sea view suite has two adjacent rooms consisting of a living room, double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a marble bathroom. The specific room is located on the ground floor and next to the street. It has a private terrace with beautiful views of Naoussa Bay, the famous Kolympithres Beach and the picturesque island with Analipsis chapel, guaranteed to take your mind away from the daily routine. Ideal for families with one child or three adults (the 3rd guest sleeps in the sofa bed in the living room).

All accommodation types are equipped with: refrigerator, kettle, safe, air conditioning, 24 inch LCD TV, hairdryer, beach towels, toilet and wireless Internet access.
