The 2 x 2 bedroom maizonettes is named after his mother Filira and his wife Hariklo, were as the 1 bedroom villa is names after his daughter, Okirroi. They are all decorated in a unique way, depicting Pelion's life style, as well as the owner's personal distinct taste.

All villas are fully equipped with TV, CD - DVD player,washing machine, balcony or terraces with sea views, fire place (indoors and outdoors). The kitchens are fully equipped.
