The construction and layout of the houses is the exceptional outcome of the close cooperation between our 5-member team of talented and experienced professionals: The civil engineer, the architect, the interior designer, the landscape designer, and the electrician and mechanical engineer. All worked together to create a smooth, two-way exchange of beauty and elegance between the buildings and their surroundings. And we believe they have achieved just that. Where necessary, we have chosen to use glass surfaces to sustain the unobstructed view to the sea, the horizon, and the majestic Mount Ainos. Indoors, we combined the organic warmth of wood and the serenity of clean lines with innovative materials and fabrics that bring elegance to the contemporary design. In the garden, we used stone from the subsoil of Kefalonia and selected all our plants and flowers from varieties that grow naturally on the island. OIKOS B is a 215 sq. m. house that accommodates up to twelve (12) guests.

On the first floor there is a sitting room with an open-air kitchen, together with a dining space. On the same floor there is a second, smaller, sitting room with a ?closet like? kitchen and one more dining space.

Two baths with a shower are in the same floor. In both sitting rooms there are sofas that easily transform to double beds.

Two double bedrooms with a bath and a shower are also situated at the ground floor.

On the second floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, offering a beautiful sea and mountain view respectively. In the main bedroom there is a hydromassage on the private balcony and a bathroom. Curtains provide the shade for all rooms of this house.

The kitchens are fully equipped, and has all modern electrical appliances.
