Location: The villas stand on the foothills of Mount Ainos, at Platies. Situated on a 9.800 sq. meters plot of land, and just 400 meters from the beach, you certainly do not feel trapped between walls. Instead, they lavish in their stunning surroundings,
enjoying the comfort of luxury accommodation with a breathtaking view.
Facilities: Two villas with a swimming pool and a studio flat are built on a 9.800 square meters plot of land, which also includes a large area, specially designed for civil wedding ceremonies and receptions. The Complex has an unlimited, panoramic view
overlooking the Ionian sea, the southern part of the island, Mount Ainos and, on a clear day, in the horizon, you can even see the island of Zakinthos (Zante). There are two swimming pools, seamlessly integrated into their surrounding area. Each is 8 meters
long, with a minimum and maximum depth of 1.10 m. and 2.20 m. respectively.
OIKOS A is a 157 sq m house that can accommodate up to eight (8) people. It has three double bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, with an open plan kitchen, dining room and WC. There is also a covered terrace with an unlimited,
stunning view of the Ionian sea. The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, is on the second floor of the villa. It has two balconies, one with a view to the sea, the other to the mountain. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom at the ground floor.
All rooms are shaded with blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary contemporary appliances. There is also a sitting room, with a sofa that easily transforms to a double bed.
OIKOS B is a 215 sq. m. house that accommodates up to twelve (12) guests. On the first floor there is a sitting room with an open-air kitchen, together with a dining space. On the same floor there is a second, smaller, sitting room with a “closet like”
kitchen and one more dining space. Two baths with a shower are in the same floor. In both sitting rooms there are sofas that easily transform to double beds. Two double bedrooms with a bath and a shower are also situated at the ground floor. On the second
floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, offering a beautiful sea and mountain view respectively. In the main bedroom there is a hydromassage on the private balcony and a bathroom. Curtains provide the shade for all rooms of this house. The kitchens are fully equipped,
and has all modern electrical appliances.
Parking: free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.
