The Ocean Villa Paros is part of the Waterfront Villas Paros estate, perched at the edge of a seaside cliff above the ocean, on the west coast of Paros Island, close to the Agia Irini bay.
The villa’s complex is ideally situated between the main port of Parikia (5km) and the local airport (7km) and 700m away from the picturesque Agia Irini beach.
Built on the seashore, 25 m. above water level, it offers its guests the chance to admire the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the worldwide famous Greek sunsets, in total comfort and discreet luxury, creating the dream holiday getaway.
Designed on two levels, the Ocean Villa (255 sq. m. , in total) features three independent luxury residences:
1. A unique 2-bedrooms ground floor residence of 110 sq. m. indoors | 100 sq. m. outdoors.
2. A unique 2-bedrooms cave residence “yposkafo” of 100 sq. m. indoors | 50 sq. m. outdoors.
3. An independent stone suite of 45 sq. m. indoors | 30 sq. m. outdoors.
Customers can choose to book either one or two or all the three of the above residences according to their needs.
Each of the residences is an ideal combination of innovation with tradition, reflecting the minimalist simplicity of Cycladic architecture, in perfect harmony with the island’s landscape. Simple lines in furniture with touches of color delight the eye and create an overall elegant atmosphere. The large windows dominate the living room and master bedroom areas, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living and allowing the Cycladic light and landscape to imbue the house. Both villa’s levels and the suite feature large terraces with outdoor dining and relaxation areas and 180-degree views of the blue sky meeting the ocean.
The property can accommodate up to 11 guests, in five bedrooms with four bathrooms in total.
